Shipping and Pickup:

How long do orders take to ship?

Typical shipping times range from 2-4 business days for local pickup and shipping and possibly longer for larger orders across Canada.

How does local shipping / local pickup work?

When you place an order for local delivery within the GTA or local pickup at our showroom, your order will be prepared and shipped within 2-4 business days. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup and we will contact you prior to local deliveries.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we provide a tracking number and instructions for package tracking once your order is shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within Canada and do not offer international shipping. You can check our USA website - renoz.com

Are there any additional fees for local pickup?

No, there are no additional fees for local pickup. You can select this option during checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Showroom and In-Store:

What is on display at your showroom?

Our showroom carries a limited selection of premium brands. Items on our website that are not on display at our showroom are marked with a "Digital Display Only" message.

Can I buy in store?

Most of our products are sourced from local vendors and not carried in stock at our showroom. However, you can still place orders at our showroom with the standard shipping/pickup times we offer.

Can I return an item purchased online to the showroom?

Yes, you can return an item purchased online to our showroom. Please bring the item in its original packaging and provide order information for a smoother return process.

Installation and Services:

Do you offer installation services?

Yes, we do! With over a decade of renovation experience, we offer design/build services throughout the GTA through HomeReno Direct. If you're interested in installing a particular item or you live outside the GTA, you can contact us for a custom quote.

Return and Warranty Policies:

What is your return policy?

You can return most items within 30 days of purchase if they are in like-new condition with their original packaging (this covers taking it out of the box for inspection). Certain items may have different terms. Please see our refund policy for complete details.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

To cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Do you offer warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer warranties on most of our products. Warranty duration and terms vary, so please refer to the product description or contact our customer service for specific information.
